The best technical sales teams aren't always the most polished. They're the ones with clarity.
Clarity on what moves deals forward. Clarity on who owns technical direction. Clarity on how to build momentum together instead of by accident.
When that's in place, SEs stop reacting and start leading. AEs and SEs stop working alongside each other and start truly partnering. Deals move differently.
What I believe:
The conversation is the work. Everything else - demos, pitches, presentations - exists to create space for real conversation.
Most of what makes great technical sales isn't taught. It's learned through trial and error. My work is about making that easier through practical tools and thought leadership.
